Trent Davis is a licensed real estate broker and lender working with real estate investors for more than 20 years. Over that time, he owned his agency, earning a reputation for his work ethic, easygoing nature, and high ethical standards. Trent grew up in Hawaii, and his love of the ocean has fueled a lifetime pursuit of surfing, diving, and sailing. His specialty is connecting a network of international high-net-worth real estate investors passionate about surfing, diving, sport fishing, or yachting with coastal properties where they can pursue their dreams. In addition to real estate, Trent has decades of experience in executive leadership, entrepreneurship, strategy, and operations. He has built several successful companies while providing strategic planning to early-stage enterprises and nonprofits. Trent founded the Legacy Property Advisors Foundation to honor his mother, who struggled with Alzheimer’s for over ten years, by revolutionizing a family's ability to analyze and utilize family real estate to pay for long-term care. Trent currently divides his time between the beautiful beaches of Santa Cruz, California, and Denarau Island, Fiji.
